✨ A comfortable, air-conditioned interior: Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small, very quiet, and perfectly secluded building with only 6 apartments, this unit is air-conditioned (in the living room and bedroom) for your utmost comfort. It consists of:
A beautiful living space: A spacious, light-filled living/dining room that opens directly onto the terrace and features a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
A fully equipped kitchen: Practical and ready to use (including a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and the must-have Nespresso coffee maker).
A master bedroom: A beautiful double bedroom with a large bed (160x200).
An additional sleeping area: An extra bed (single bed, 90x200) tucked away in the loggia. Note: This space is ideal and very comfortable from April through October (it can get a bit chilly the rest of the year).
Bathroom facilities: A functional bathroom and a separate toilet.
📍 Guest Access: You have private access to the entire apartment. There is no parking on the property.
📋 Important Information for Your StayHouse Rules: To preserve the peace and quiet of this small, quiet building, parties and gatherings of more than 6 people are not permitted in the accommodation.

Single-bed set: 15 € (To be paid on-site upon arrival/check-in. Please note that for hygiene and logistical reasons, beds are not made in advance: sheets and towels will be placed on each occupied bed).
