A cozy living area: An air-conditioned space combining a fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The room opens onto a pleasant balcony from which you can enjoy a small glimpse of the sea.
A master bedroom: A beautiful double bedroom (160x200 bed) with its own air conditioning and a large double closet to store all your belongings.
A children’s room: A small, well-designed room with bunk beds (two 90x190 beds), ideal for younger guests.
Bathroom facilities: A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
📍 Location & Access: You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The main advantage of this apartment is its perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach and seaside activities. Please note: there is no parking on the property. Nearby public parking lots (some paid, some free) are available.
📋 Important Information for Your StayHouse Rules: To maintain peace and quiet in the residence, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.
Linens (Additional charge):-Double bed kit: €20 per stay-Single bed kit: €15 per stay(These kits include sheets to be put on by yourself, bath towels, and a bath mat).
Housekeeping: End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental rate. However, you are asked to leave the kitchen clean and tidy, and to completely empty the refrigerator and trash cans before your departure.
