A true additional living space, it offers a breathtaking panoramic sea view of the Baie des Lecques, stretching from the Bec de l’Aigle to Sainte Baume. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy meals overlooking the open sea or take in the sunsets.

This apartment is unlike any other! Its unique layout across multiple levels and its spaces that open onto the outdoors give it a warm and distinctive atmosphere:

A living area facing the sea: A beautiful living room with a sea view that opens completely onto the terrace and connects to the dining room.

A welcoming kitchen: An open, fully equipped kitchen adjoining the dining area for 4 people, with direct access to the terrace.

Two sleeping areas on the mezzanine:

Above the living room: a mezzanine with a double bed and storage space.

Above the kitchen: a second, cozy mezzanine (please note: the ceiling height is low here) with two single beds (90x190).

Convenient bathroom: Equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The apartment is located in “Le Château,” a small, well-maintained two-story residence surrounded by beautiful trees. You’ll be staying just 10 meters from the harbor and 100 meters from Madrague Beach.

🚗 Parking & Access

You have access to the entire apartment as well as a small private garage.

Please note: This garage is suitable for city cars only (it is not suitable for SUVs, and there is no designated outdoor parking space).

📋 Important Information for Your Stay

House Rules: The atmosphere here is meant for relaxation. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.

Linens (Additional fee):

- Double bed set: €20 per stay

-Single bed kit: €15 per stay

(Kits include sheets to be made up by you, towels, and a bath mat).

Housekeeping: End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. However, you will be asked to leave the kitchen clean and tidy, and to empty the refrigerator and trash cans before your departure.
